Thank you for shopping with Kara Reno Art. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Artworks: You may return artwork purchased from our website if it is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned artwork is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged or is not as described.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at kararenoart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging or in a similar protective manner to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the artwork to the address provided by us. You are responsible for shipping costs and any insurance for the return.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned artwork, we will inspect it and process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Condition: Please note that refunds are only issued for artwork that meets our return criteria. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all.
4. Exchanges
- Availability: We do not offer exchanges for artwork. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original artwork and place a new order for the desired piece.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage or defect in your email.
- Resolution: We will work with you to either replace the damaged artwork or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: As mentioned, custom or commissioned artwork is not eligible for return.
